Goal - Convert the existing PDF file into a working website tool for Kids Help Phone

Sleep Diary was one of my first projects at Kids Help Phone. I was responsible for converting the existing PDF they were using into a web app as part of their website rebrand project. I was responsible for User Experience of web apps and games section.  Responsible for UX Design documentation and planning which included persona development, user journey, user task flows, wireframes and prototypes. I also designed the front end interface of the web tool keeping in mind the target audience and the application of it.
